Which Membership is Right for You?
Executive Membership: Accelerated leadership, small group learning with peers
ROOM Executive offers a high-touch, curated leadership program for mid-to-senior women ready to advance their careers. It’s built around small, trusted peer circles, executive-level curriculum, and direct access to C-suite leaders.
Members meet eight times per year in guided groups, receive strategic introductions, and participate in premium events designed to expand influence, sharpen executive presence, and drive measurable career progression. This membership offers structured learning with built-in accountability to help fast-track your career.
Professional Membership: Strategic networking
ROOM Professional is the social membership within the ROOM ecosystem. It’s designed for ambitious women who want meaningful connections, leadership exposure, and access to a powerful network — without the formality of a formal executive program. Members gain access to ROOM’s private community, curated introductions, leadership content and perks, and invitations to in-person events throughout the year. It’s ideal for women building influence now, and offers a clear pathway into ROOM Executive programs as they grow.
Membership Criteria
ROOM Membership is open to both senior leaders and women in the pipeline to executive leadership.
ROOM Members have:
- A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience, with a demonstrated trajectory toward leadership roles.
- A proven track record of personal accomplishments (such as industry awards, publications, and/or community involvement), or demonstration of exceptional achievements in their respective field.
- A genuine interest in networking with other members, offering mentorship, and participating in group events and activities.
- The following titles: C-Suite, President, Vice-President, Director, Senior Manager, or comparable.
- The ability to attend eight meetings per year in person. Currently, meetings take place in the downtown Toronto core, as well as the Halton region.
