Executive coach, talent strategist and facilitator, throughout her career Kelly has had the opportunity to work with leaders at all levels across a variety of complex global organizations. Kelly’s focus has been on developing and elevating leaders, teams and organizations to courageously achieve relevant and impactful results, while supporting them to think differently about leadership and what is required to optimize future growth and navigate ever-changing business environments.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and minor in Science, a certificate in Applied Positive Psychology, is a certified trained coach and certified practitioner in numerous assessment tools.
