Kim Chernecki is the founder of CEO Performance Advisors, a boutique consulting firm specializing in helping mid-market CEOs bridge performance gaps across their businesses. With experience coaching and consulting over 2,000 executives, Kim has worked with Fortune 1000 leaders at BMO, Manulife, and Sun Life to foster strategic partnerships across all business lines. In addition to her consulting work, she serves as a Forum Chair at MacKay CEO Forums, guiding CEOs in peer learning and leadership development.
