Mary Anne Palangio is an accomplished financial executive with a proven track record of driving strategic growth for leading North American organizations. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), where she oversees the company’s financial operations. Prior to her current position, Mary Anne acted as a Director on the CSE’s Board, Chairing both the Audit and Human Resources Committees.

Throughout her prestigious career, Mary Anne has also acted as CFO at Converge Technology Solutions Corp., LOGiQ Asset Management, and the Ontario Retirement Pension Plan Administration Corporation. Additionally, she has held senior roles in investments and technology at Manulife, Perimeter Financial Corp., The Canada Life Assurance Company, Mackenzie Financial Corporation, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.

Mary Anne began her career with Deloitte, where she earned her Chartered Accounting designation. Since 2016, Mary Anne has served on the Membership Committee of the CFA Society Toronto. She is a CPA, CA, and CFA, and holds a BA in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto.
