Sarah is a solutions-driven leader and passionate force for positive change. As President of the McMillan Family Charitable Foundation, which she co-founded and built over the past 24 years, she has focused on both domestic and international issues—with an emphasis on improving the lives of women. As Co-Founder of Room, she has sought to help women forge stronger social and professional connections on the way to achieving gender equality in the senior leadership ranks across all sectors.
