Best career advice you’ve received: The best advice I’ve received is to just go for it. Whether it’s applying for a job you don’t think you’re *exactly* perfect for, taking charge in a meeting, trying out a new role, or moderating a panel — the worst that can happen is that you learn from the experience.

Biggest role model: I look up to a lot of women in my industry who have made moves for themselves and found ways to thrive in an industry that is constantly changing

When not writing for ROOM: I’m a part of several book clubs and love going to Pilates and yoga classes
